About Us
Why Trust Us for Help
First, all our associates only work with IDC Insurance Direct Canada. We do not sell referrals to people who pay us for these. We are not a lead generation company but rather a company dedicated to helping Canadians make better and more informed decisions with their money.
Second, while the only licensing required to sell Segregated Funds in most provinces is a valid insurance license, all our associate who work with our IDC Seg Fund Clients are Certified Financial Planners and/or have completed the Mutual Funds Courses that is required to sell Mutual Funds. We believe that level of expertise is required to offer expert advice.
Third, we never ask you to write a cheque to IDC Insurance Direct Canada, all cheques are made out directly to the insurance company and you will get a receipt directly from them.
Fourth, we have been members of The “On Line” Better Business Bureau for almost three years, have sold thousands of policies, and have not had one complaint.
Fifth, we believe that customer service is the heart of our business and our president, Maria Watson, sends out a survey via the internet to all new clients inquiring about our service. The responses have been exceptional. She is also available should you have an issue.
Sixth, we have excellent relationships with our insurance company suppliers and can work with them should issues arise.
Seventh, we represent almost all the insurance companies in Canada and can find the segregated fund that is perfect for you.
